Six years after the rise of a nationwide wave of self-organized refugee protests and one and half years after the “Short Summer of Migration” – both events accompanied by self-empowerment and solidarity – the mainstream migration discourse is lately dominated almost entirely by racist positions.

On occasion of the annual benefit party “About Welcome” we decided to bring the other voices back to the streets. Resisting the racist discourse and adressing the German public as well as the marginalized communities, the posters speak for themselves…
